Course Objectives
This course exposes students to the typical steps involved in planning and executing construction projects and the tools available to manage them. Students will learn techniques of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management and overall project control and learn their applications through the use of specialized software. Human resource management, health and safety are also addressed.
