Student Learning Outcomes
Students will learn the principal components of electric power systems as individual pieces of equipment and as parts of a system.
Students will learn balanced 3-phase circuits, single-(and three-) phase transformers, per unit (pu) quantities, circle diagrams, voltage control.
Students will learn physical modeling and the use of standard software simulation tools will be also discussed.
