Course Description
An introduction to urban systems through a water analysis laboratory. Experiments will be conducted that relate to water quality, drinking water treatment, water reclamation, stormwater, and solid waste management. Tours of local drinking water, water reclamation, and solid waste facilities.

Course Objectives
By the end of this course, students will have an understanding of the laboratory analyses that support environmentally engineered urban systems. The operation of local drinking water treatment, water reclamation, and solid waste management.
