Course Description
Reviews research on emergent and unit-level constructs in organizational behavior research. Such constructs are present in cross- and multi-level research and are used to explore research questions that focus on group and organizational processes and outcomes. The seminar will also review ethodological and theoretical issues relevant to cross- and multi-level research.

Course Objectives
To enable the student to understand the major unit- and cross- level constructs in organizational behavior through in-depth discussions of the literature. To enable the student to assess the strengths and limitations of existing work on unit- and cross-level constructs in organizational behavior. To provide the student with the methodological and theoretical skills to conduct primary research on unit- and cross-level constructs in organizational behavior.
