Course Objectives
1. Understand the fundamentals of competency management. 2. Experience the process of competency mapping and profiling. 3. Learn the art of customization. 4. Be aware of implementation and pre-requisites and strategies. 5. Understand integration of competency profiles to other HR applications.

The course will cover three broad areas: 1. Summary of competency modeling. 2. Integration and customization of competency modeling in organizations. 3. Practical applications of competency modeling and performance management systems.
