Course Objectives
In this course, the student will present a seminar on Food Science-related material. Emphasis will be placed on presentation and instructional techniques. The objectives of the course are: to acquaint students with the bibliography in Food Science; to learn how to prepare visual aids and use them effectively; to learn how to develop material suitable for oral presentation; to present scientific material in an oral presentation; to learn from observing different presentation styles and techniques.
