Course Description

Identify key tasks involved in creating a successful business plan and explore different ways to accomplish each task. The primary course activity is the preparation of a business plan for a “prospective” new venture.

This course has two major objectives: •To develop a feasibility analysis and business plan for a prospective venture that you would like to start within five years of graduating from UGA. •To complete (for your prospective venture) the various technical formalities associated with starting a venture.
