Course Objectives

In conjunction with the Honors in Washington Internship Program, this seminar will foster exploration of the unique learning environment of Washington, D.C. Drawing from both UGA and capital-area experts, students will gain a broad understanding of issues related to congressional offices, law firms, media companies, political consulting firms, and research organizations. Students will be expected to relate their internship work experience in Washington to their academic programs of study.
