Course Objectives

Developing the ability to identify problems of significance to the profession that are worthy of study Becoming familiar with basic constructs and terms related to understanding research studies Learning how to design and implement research studies Enhancing ability to translate interesting problems to researchable questions Developing preferred research methodologies Designing and implementing a research study, using either quantitative or qualitative methodologies Communicating results of the study in writing and in oral presentations
