Course Description

Introduces entry-level competencies needed in the field of music therapy. An overview of human development across the lifespan will be provided. How music therapy addresses the needs of these varying populations based on evidence-based practices will be discussed.

Additional Requirements for Graduate Students:
Graduate students will be required to write a paper on a topic of wider scope than undergraduates and will give an oral report.
