Students delve deeply into the practice of organization-based
Action Research. The course is designed to foster the capacity
of students to effectively lead the Action Research process and
to design interventions and data collection methods for a
quality Action Research project/study.

Student learning Outcomes
Students will be able to develop initial intervention and implementation plans (based on clearly conceptualized and effective Action Research (AR) design).
Students will be able to design a plan to generate, collect, and analyze appropriate data to address (a) the needs of the organizational AR project and (b) the defined AR questions.
Students will be able to understand AR designs and choose methodology and methods that best fit their action research questions.
Students will be able to conduct and analyze interviews with key stakeholders.
