Digital Transformation Strategy


Course Description

Introduces students to the general notion of digital business strategy and teaches them the management and marketing concepts and procedures that apply to digital business. Specific topics will include principles of digital business, attracting visitors, promotion, distribution, service, pricing, branding, advertising, consumer behavior, measuring effectiveness, societal effects, disintermediation, reintermediation, and strategy implementation. Case studies and projects are used extensively.

Students will learn the basic principles of digital business strategy. The objective is for the student to understand the strategic and tactical considerations in designing, building, and managing digital business.
