  • Students will identify training and development needs through properly constructed needs assessments and interpret the results.
  • Students will compose training objectives designed to address needs identified as training and development issues.
  • Students will identify the core aspects, design, and implement an effective training and development program.
  • Students will identify evidence of training outcomes, interpret training outcomes, and examine the training outcomes to judge the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Students will modify training and development programs as appropriately assessed by the assessment of training outcomes.
