Course Objectives
The objectives of the course are to provide graduate students with opportunities to hear and participate in seminars by scientists in physiology, pharmacology, neuroscience and toxicology presenting contemporary results. The students will also have opportunities to present their own results in a seminar format and receive feedback from departmental faculty. The student presentations will require that students organize data, prepare and present the seminar.
Topical Outline
Class will meet once weekly during the Fall and Spring semesters for seminar presentations by faculty or students in physiology, pharmacology, neuroscience or toxicology. Each seminar is scheduled for 1 hour, including presentation and questions.
