Course Objectives
The course objective is that students will learn basic skills in safe handling of microorganisms, aseptic technique, operation of microscopes, and preparation of materials for microscopy. Information will be assimilated by students through laboratory exercises and demonstrations. Students will be evaluated on the basis of the successful completion of laboratory exercises and lab practicals.
