Course Description
A managerial, entrepreneurial focus on the law applicable to forming partnerships, corporations and other business entities, raising capital and structuring relationships with agents, employees, partners, officers, and directors.
Additional Requirements for Graduate Students:
Written paper and oral presentation analyzing the appropriate form of business organization for a hypothetical business venture.
