Development process with particular emphasis on analyzing the feasibility of design, location, and construction.
Additional Requirements for Graduate Students:
Graduate students will be required to submit an additional paper
in which they identify a public policy issue affecting the real
estate development industry and review the academic literature
pertaining to the issue.
