By the end of the course students will be able to apply time value of money concepts to calculate loan payments and balances, compare financing alternatives, value commercial real estate properties and evaluate real estate investments.
By the end of the course students will be able to evaluate mortgage risk and underwriting criteria using quantitative and qualitative tools.
By the end of the course students will be able to interpret quantitative results in real estate finance and draw conclusions that connect empirical findings to academic research and industry practice.
