Course Objectives
1.Examine current technological tools used in current practice in environmental design, planning, and preservation disciplines. 2.Determine the best tool for specific aspects of environmental design inquiry and production. 3.Develop skills and techniques to use equipment and computer technologies in order to research, understand, and communicate ideas of environmental design, planning, and preservation. 4.Design projects and research inquiries using a variety of technological tools. 5.Evaluate the benefits and limits of contemporary technology in the professions of environmental design, planning, and preservation. 6.Implement a project in environmental design using the appropriate technologies for analysis, evaluation, and presentation.
