- Students will understand the theories and scholarship highlighting individual, organizational, and systemic barriers to inclusion and equity in student affairs practice.
- Students will understand socially constructed identities (e.g., race, gender, sexual orientation, class, religion, ability), including their own, in the context of student affairs practice.
- Students will understand how to develop strategies for becoming a critically conscious student affairs scholar and practitioner.
