Course Objectives
The course is presented within the context of six modules covering the life-cycle of socially-driven ventures. Through the use of case studies, important articles, exercises, and class discussion, we will follow this life-cycle by focusing on inception, choosing a business structure, securing of financing, evaluation, scaling the venture, and transition/termination.
