Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, the students should be able to: 1) Describe sustainability concepts and life cycle approaches applied to processes and products 2) Demonstrate life cycle thinking and approaches to critically evaluate the environmental benefits of a process or a product or a system 3) Identify, evaluate, compare, and interpret various sustainability metrics for a process or a product or a system 4) Design and evaluate a process or a product that can generate minimal environmental impacts for sustainable production
