Students will acquire skills and knowledge to: A. Engage families and the outside community to promote and support student success. (GELS 6, PSELS 8) B. Continually employ innovative and effective leadership strategies to promote the success of all students through the development and operationalization of the shared vision, mission, and goals for the school. (LKES 1, PSELS 1) C. Actively and continually employ innovative and effective leadership strategies that create opportunities to personalize the academic program to meet individual student needs and maximize student learning. (LKES 2, PSELS 4) D. Actively and continually seek out new opportunities or substantially improve existing programs to create an environment that is conducive to learning and in which students are known, accepted, valued, and empowered to reach their fullest potential.
