Student learning Outcomes

  • Graduate students will participate in faculty led research in addition to their thesis/dissertation research to learn research methodology, design, analyses, and reporting.
  • Graduate students will gain practical industry experience working with faculty on projects, short-courses, or outreach implementation.
  • Graduate students will participate in lectures and/or labs to gain experience and better understanding of current issues and topics in the face of a rapidly changing agricultural landscape.

Topical Outline

  • Each project/topic is unique, so a general topical outline is not applicable.
  • Graduate students will meet with lead faculty at least weekly for instruction and discussion of weekly objectives.
