Develop an understanding of the molecular basis of basic physiological principles that regulate or contribute to the following: · Renal homodynamics · Glomerular filtration rate · Electrolyte and mineral homeostasis · Water homeostasis · Renal endocrine functions (including local and systemic renin-angiotensin systems and erythropoietin) · Chronic and acute kidney diseases · Renal aspects of systemic hypertension
