Course Description

Professional forest management of urban and community lands and forests. Included are community/city forest development and associated natural resources. Professional management review will include vegetation management, tree and development ordinances, inventory systems, plan reviews, appraisal systems, risk assessment systems and legal interactions, maintenance, and sustainability.

Additional Requirements for Graduate Students:
Must complete and report on a field project. Must complete on-line educational modules. Must research and present a class lecture. Must complete additional questions on all tests.
