Students will examine how facility design influences the goals and objectives of meetings and events.
Students will plan, develop, organize, and coordinate meetings and events across a broad spectrum of hospitality and food industry workplaces, including hotels, resorts, conference centers, cruise ships, restaurants, microbreweries, and agritourism enterprises.
