Course Objectives
The focus of this course is an in-depth self-examination of skills, personality, attitudes, and behaviors to increase self- awareness of leadership competencies. Students will also examine theories of leadership to develop insights for their personalized leadership development. Key leadership concepts are drawn from a variety of sources, including management, philosophy, and psychology literature.
