Course Objectives

- Read and comprehend in depth current research articles - Question and discuss research articles with peers - Understand new and current molecular methods and appropriate use and interpretation of data - Organize and give substantive presentations on the goals and results of research papers


Topical Outline

There is no particular outline followed each semester. The faculty work with students to pick interesting and current research papers that employ state-of-the art molecular techniques. Areas generally covered are immunology, sensory perception, endocrinology, development, and transgenesis.
