Course Description
For those with little or no prior training in accounting or financial administration, this course focuses on understanding and practicing foundational financial management practices, business planning, financial reporting, and fiscal decision-making in nonprofits. Covers a range of topics, including budgeting, financial statements, understanding revenue, accountability, organizational fiscal health.
