Course Objectives
Upon completion of the course, students should be able to: *Enhance their ability to identify themes of leadership which have shaped the practice and study change and improvement. *Enhance their ability to critically recognize the effect of multiple perspectives and realities on the content of leadership. *Enhance their ability to apply adaptive leadership model and practices to the development of a plan for initiation and implementation of change.

The course follows Western, S. (2019). Leadership: a critical text. Thousand Oaks, CA: Sage Publications. A critical approach to leadership is essentially a comprehensive description and illustration of how and why a desired leadership is expected to happen in a particular context.
