• Evaluate prominent theories of global leadership and elements of culture that influence leadership style; • Explore international/cross-cultural issues related to diversity and multiculturalism and explain their contribution to organizational and community development; • Evaluate the influences on the development of cultural intelligence, personal leadership philosophy, and global leadership mindset; and • Plan, facilitate, and evaluate learning experiences related to leading in culturally diverse contexts.
