Course Description
This course places students into interdisciplinary teams to collaborate with faculty on real-world client projects serviced through the Industry Student Fellows Program. Students will conduct and provide research, build a product prototype, engage in early state development, be responsive in communication, and ultimately present the project to the client.
Additional Requirements for Graduate Students: In addition to the undergraduate assignments and projects, graduate students are required to complete Strategy Module Creation. In consultation with the instructor, students will select a chapter from “Blue Ocean Strategy” and build content with artifacts to support an online learning module on that topic.

Project Team Sessions will take place in Innovation District space or at another alternate space approved in advance by the instructor, and students will be expected to spend a minimum of 5 to 10 hours of student participation each week.

Topical Outline
- Project Teams: Project Teams are small, typically consisting of 3-5 students. Students are assigned to teams, and teams are assigned to client projects by the instructor. Each team works together with the instructor for at least one academic semester on the client projects, with a goal of producing a solution to the client’s problem.
