In-depth study of leadership theories and discussions on how they apply to real-life situations. Students will explore leadership models, roles of leaders and followers, concepts of effective leadership, and identity and ethical issues within leadership. Students will practice observing, implementing, and evaluating leadership strategies in an organizational context.
