Course Objectives
To enable students to understand and appreciate food and agricultural production, trade and distribution in various countries. The country or region selected by the student will complement the student's foreign language.
Topical Outline
Specialized and intensive study of agriculture and its related disciplines throughout the world. Students will gain an understanding of environmental, social, political and cultural aspects of agriculture in other countries and regions of the world.
