Course Description
Fundamental leadership skills, including strategic thinking, creating a motivating environment, employee empowerment, managing change, and team processing. Students are provided with a complete evaluation of their leadership style, and interact with a personal leadership coach to generate an individualized action plan for developing their leadership potential.

Course Objectives
The objective of this course is to develop students' leadership skills while providing a unique perspective on the challenges and problems that organizational leaders must address.
