Course Objectives
The student will be able to: 1. Identify an appropriate problem. 2. Identify sources of information pertaining to the problem. 3. Compile the information identified pertaining to the problem. 4. Synthesize the information compiled. 5. Write a final report based on the information compiled.
Topical Outline
Since this course is an independent study of some special problem in kinesiology, the content of the course will vary with the problem. Students will work under the direction of faculty to: 1. Submit proposal to supervising faculty member for approval. 2. Identify relevant sources of information. 3. Compile and synthesize information. 4. Write a final report.
