Student Learning Outcomes

  • Students will continue the study of Hausa language complex structures began in Intermediate Hausa 1
  • Students will enrich their knowledge of the Hausa language and culture through the course
  • Students will further improve their reading skills while advancing and testing their oral proficiency in the language
  • Students will become conversant with more Hausa literary texts, including but not limited to poetry, short stories, newspapers, and magazines
  • Students will acquire enhanced knowledge about Hausa social order including conversation rules
