Provides an in-depth overview of human performance technology and instructional design practices through a systems thinking lens. Emphasis is placed on how to employ a systems thinking view to dissect and analyze performance projects in learning, design, and technology.

Interventions (instructional and non-instructional interventions, intervention identification, strategies for intervention maintenance)
