Course focuses on the application of behavior analysis to address a wide variety of clinical issues. Course is intended to provide exposure to non-autism related content and expand student’s understanding of the applicability of behavior analysis beyond the narrow clinical scope of autism, particularly children with autism.

Provide a description of behavior analysis to address pediatric disorders.
Identify the behavioral mechanisms measured when addressing academic/school-aged behavioral concerns and classroom performance.
Demonstrate familiarity with applications of behavior analysis to address behavioral concerns faced by elder adults.
Provide a description of behavior analysis as a means of addressing behavioral deficits such as communication deficits, self-advocacy deficits, and social skills deficits.
Produce a summary of a researcher or non-autism related topic of their choosing.
