Course Description
Skills behavior analysts need as supervisors and consultants, including ABA technologies to change and improve practitioner, educator, and caregiver behaviors. The fundamentals for developing effective supervisory and consulting relationships. Students receive instruction on assessing skills, developing performance objectives, and providing training and feedback.

Student learning Outcomes
Students will be able to define and provide examples of the concepts and principles of ABA directly related to consultation and supervision. (Behavior Analyst Certification Board [BACB] Task List B-1, 4, 5, 8, 12, I-01)
Students will be able to demonstrate competency in training supervisees and consultees in the implementation of behavior analytic procedures (e.g., selecting supervision goals, evaluating the effects of supervision, stating reasons for supervision). (BACB Task List I-01, 02, 04, 05, 07, 08)
Students will be able to conduct assessment activities directly related to consultation and supervision, ensuring they are culturally and linguistically relevant. (BACB Task List F-3, 4, I-02, 03, 06, 08)
Students will be able to develop and implement training plans to foster effective performance using behavior analytic technologies. (BACB Task List H-9, I-01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08)
