Course Description

Successful leadership involves grasping and managing well-being, both personally and for others. Many leaders learn this through challenging experiences, often lacking exposure to scientific insights on happiness and fulfillment. Understanding and applying such knowledge is essential for enhancing personal wellness and fostering the well-being of those they lead.
