Course explores theories, frameworks, practical interventions, and best practices associated with successfully designing, implementing, and institutionalizing organizational change, and studies rapidly changing global marketplace companies with a “change ready” culture and related capabilities who are positioned to thrive while others are at risk.

To this end, this graduate-level course explores theories, frameworks, practical interventions, and best practices associated with successfully designing, implementing, and institutionalizing organizational change.
  • The course is dynamic in that it weaves a high degree of student interaction, group exercises, expert speakers, and practical assignments to achieve the learning outcomes of the course.
