Course Description
Working independently, prospective graduates of the Complexity Leadership Certificate will complete a capstone project. Students will facilitate solving a complex problem within an organizational context using analyses, synthesizing and implementing adaptive or complexity leadership principles. Alternatively, students may explore and advance the scholarly research on adaptive or complexity leadership.

- At the completion of this course, student practitioners will be able to develop an assessment of an adaptive or complexity leadership implementation plan to investigate a complex organizational problem informed by a synthesis of prior readings.

- At the completion of this course, student practitioners will be able to lead a team to solve a complex leadership issue using adaptive or complexity leadership principles.
- At the completion of this course, student scholars will be able to conduct a literature review.
- At the completion of this course, student scholars will be able to identify a research question(s)/framework and methodology.
- At the completion of this course, student scholars will be able to complete IRB as needed.
