Course Description
Theories, models, and practices on how to lead effectively within intercultural workplaces. As intercultural initiatives require learning, development, and change, leaders are needed to guide these efforts. Using readings, inventories, reports, and group mentoring, students will develop learning interventions to increase their individual and group level intercultural and leadership competencies.

- Upon completion of the course, students will be able to identify theories and practices employed to lead inclusively and develop those who lead in intercultural workplaces.
- Upon completion of the course, students will be able to identify and value differences in workplace practices that exist among intercultural members of modern organizations.
- Upon completion of the course, students will be able to recognize and manage intercultural conflict styles.
- Upon completion of the course, students will be able to explore and reflect on their personal cultural identities and experiences in the context of intercultural leadership.
