This seminar is organized as a series of public health relevant research presentations by faculty members and other researchers. Each week, one researcher presents a research topic of interest. Each presentation provides an introductory overview of the research with specific aims, conceptual model, and research strategy.

1. Examples of health services research relevant for improving access and quality of healthcare services locally, nationally and internationally
2. How to write the rationale for a research study
3. Developing the specific aims for different types of studies and how the specific aims are linked with the research strategy
4. Translating the research strategy into empirically variable approaches
5. Empirical results of each of the studies and interpretation of results
6. Derivation of policy implications and conclusions
