Piano course for music majors who have completed Piano Class III. Emphasis is on functional piano skills for music therapists, to include keyboard reading and technique, accompaniment styles, improvisation, transposition, and harmonization. Repertoire includes solo and collaborative repertoire of various styles (classical, folk, blues, sacred, and contemporary).
Additional Requirements for Graduate Students: Graduate students will have heightened requirements for class leadership and demonstrations and will complete additional assignments and projects.
