Course Description
This course prepares students to become supply chain consultants by blending theoretical knowledge with practical application. Students will learn and apply consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques to analyze and enhance supply chain operations. It also covers process improvement principles.

- Students will construct a compelling business case, including ROI analysis, to justify supply chain consulting recommendations.
- Students will communicate effectively, verbally, written, and visually to present findings and recommendations in a professional consulting context.
