  • Work on written style in French: Sentence structure Reduction of English interference and anglicisms Vocabulary development Analytical skill: construction of coherent arguments Development of ability to construct narrative, descriptive and argumentative texts, as well as critical reviews of cultural materials and literary essays Work on oral communication skills: Accent and pronunciation development Aural comprehension through listening to French media and laboratory exercises Development of fluency and ease of expression Development of oral skill through discussion, conversation and debate Study of cultural materials: Online, televised and print media Literary texts Sociological studies Music, film and other arts
