Course Objectives
Course Objectives CHEM 1212L A. Understand how to collect, analyze, and assimilate experimental laboratory data using traditional wet chemical techniques B. Understand how to collect, analyze, and assimilate experimental laboratory data using electronic analytical devices such as pH meters, thermistors, spectrometers, and colorimeters C. Use spreadsheet software to graph and analyze electronically accumulated data D. Use e-mail and web resources to evaluate collected data E. Write at least two formal lab procedures F. Write at least two formal lab reports G. Devise two laboratory experiments based upon the techniques and procedures presented during the course of the semester H. Perform one end of semester lab practical
